Supporting Military Spouse Career Growth for 2026Eryn Wagnon, former MOAA Director of Government Relations and current head of the Pentagon's new Office of Spouse Work, clarified that this provision mandates DoW firms to consider "alternate firm worksites (consisting of go back to office exemptions) for DoW milspouse staff members who are PCSing." This policy reenforces the department's dedication to the retention of military partners.
